We are located over in Saket, at the Paryawaran Complex. Our office is in R P Apartments, specifically Flat No: 02 on the C-609 block. It’s a bit different from your typical corporate office because it’s inside a residential complex. This makes it feel much more relaxed and less stiff than being in a big commercial tower. We’ve been running Dalmia Resorts International from here for a while. We spend a lot of time on the phones or on our computers, planning out details for folks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. You won't see a giant neon sign outside. Most people who come to see us are looking for the flat number specifically. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have meetings in the living area because it’s comfortable. We don’t have a fancy dress code or anything like that. It’s just us working in a flat. The apartments have a lot of trees around, so it doesn't feel like you're in the middle of a huge city like New Delhi. We like that we can just walk out and be in a normal neighborhood. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no big sales pitch here, just people doing their work in a modest office. It’s a simple setup that works for us and the people we help.
