D Pauls Travels And Tours is situated at H-49 in South Moti Bagh, New Delhi. This part of the city is actually quite nice, and we’ve been lucky to have our space here for a good amount of time. It’s a travel and tours setup, which means the office is usually full of brochures, printed itineraries, and people asking about flights or train timings. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India; we just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The office itself is pretty simple—just a few computers, some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our days looking for the best routes and trying to solve problems when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their booking. It’s a lot of staring at screens and making phone calls, really. South Moti Bagh is a good location because it’s central enough but doesn't feel as chaotic as some other parts of Delhi. We have a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the heat in the summer just like everyone else. There’s no big mystery to what we do. We just help people get from one place to another without too much stress, and we do it from this little corner of Delhi.
