D Pauls Travels And Tour

Our place is located in C Block over in East of Kailash. D Pauls Travels And Tour has been part of this New Delhi neighborhood for a while. It’s not a huge operation, just us in our office space handling the usual travel stuff. We spend most of our hours looking at screens, comparing prices, and trying to figure out routes for travelers. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to organize the desk a bit, though it never stays clean. We deal with all sorts of requests, from simple bus tickets to complicated overseas trips. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of waiting on hold and double-checking dates. We prefer it this way though, being a local spot where people can just walk in and talk to a real person. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, open the doors, and start working through the pile of emails. Living and working in New Delhi keeps you on your toes, and East of Kailash is a busy area. We’ve grown used to the noise and the rhythm of the street. It’s just how we run things here. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles, just a phone and our computers to help people get where they need to go. Most of our day is spent talking to regular folks who just want to visit family. It's simple work but it keeps us busy every single day.
