D Pauls Travel & Tours

Our office is at House Number 83 in Sarai Sohal. We are located in Palam Colony, specifically the Manglapuri area of New Delhi-47. This is a very busy and crowded part of the city. We have been running D Pauls Travel & Tours from this house for many years. It is a family-run kind of place, so it doesn't look like a fancy business office. We have desks set up in what used to be a living room. We spend our days booking tours and helping people with their passports and visas. It is a lot of paperwork and we have files stacked up everywhere. The streets outside are always full of noise and people selling things. We like being right in the middle of all that action. We don't have any big mission statements or marketing slogans. We just know the travel business well because we have been doing it for so long. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait, or the phones won't stop ringing all at once. We just take it one customer at a time. It is an honest living and we have built a lot of relationships with people in the neighborhood. We are just regular people working out of our home to help others see the world. Most of the folks who come to us have been customers for a decade or more. We don't spend money on flyers. Word of mouth works just fine.
