You can find our office at B2/132 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a well-known spot in New Delhi, and we have been here at D. Pauls Travel & Tours for a long time. People usually come to us when they are planning a trip and don't want to deal with the headache of doing it all online themselves. We sit at our desks surrounded by brochures and printed itineraries. It’s a busy place, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We don't have a slick, modern office; it’s more of a comfortable, slightly crowded space where you can sit down and talk to someone. We know most of the routes and the airlines pretty well by now. Safdarjung Enclave is a nice area, but parking can be a real pain if you come at the wrong time of day. We’ve helped families, couples, and solo travelers get their tickets and hotels sorted. It’s just what we do every day. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage. We aren't a giant faceless corporation. We are just a bunch of people who know a lot about travel and like helping others figure out their plans. The office feels like home to most of us because we spend so much time here making things happen for our clients. It is a lot of paperwork, but we like it.
