D Pauls Travel And Tours, Malviya Ngr. New Delh

Our office is tucked away at 9/16, Nehru Nagar, in New Delhi. D Pauls Travel And Tours has been operating out of this spot for a good while, and it’s usually pretty cramped with all the papers and folders we have lying around. People come in all day asking about bus tickets or flights, and we just do our best to find something that works for them. The phone rings a lot, usually right when we are trying to eat lunch. Nehru Nagar is a busy area, so there is always some noise coming from the street outside. We aren't a big flashy corporation, just a bunch of us sitting at desks trying to get people where they need to go. Sometimes the computer system gets slow, and we have to tell people to wait a minute while it reboots. It’s just the way things go in a small office like this. We know the 110065 pin code like the back of our hands. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people who want to go on holiday or just visit family. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the bookings, and head home when the shutters go down. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi, and we like it that way. There is always someone here to talk to if you just walk in through the front door.
