Our glass shop is situated at A-31/46, D-3, in Bhatia Gali, which is over in the Maujpur area of Delhi. We have been working with different types of glass here for a long time. It is a busy spot and the streets are quite narrow, so getting the large sheets of float glass in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We mostly deal with local people who need glass for their windows or shop owners looking for repairs after something breaks. The shop is not very large, but we keep a good amount of inventory tucked away in the back area. It gets pretty dusty with all the cutting and moving things around, but that is just part of the job we do. We are a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers who know the trade. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that because we don't need to. People usually find us because their neighbors told them about our shop in Bhatia Gali. We spend our days measuring glass, cutting it to size, and loading it onto rickshaws or small trucks. It is physical work and we are usually on our feet from early morning until the evening. We try to keep our prices reasonable so the locals keep coming back to us. We just focus on getting the orders done right and making sure the glass stays in one piece.
