Our office is in G-5 of the Kashmir Apartments, which is located in Pitam Pura. It is a bit different working out of an apartment building instead of a commercial plaza, but it works for us. We are involved in building and infrastructure projects, so there are usually blueprints or site photos lying around the office. Pitam Pura is a crowded part of Delhi, and our building is right in the thick of it. The office itself is just a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors or checking on how a project is going. It is not always smooth, and there are often delays or issues we have to sort out. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy entrance. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking for the specific apartment number. We drink a lot of water and tea during the day while we go over the numbers and plans. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the actual work of developing sites rather than having a shiny office to show off. It’s just how we prefer to do things. It might get a bit loud when the neighbors are around, but we are used to the noise.
