D H Telecom is tucked away in Gali No 12 over in Tughlakabad Extension. If you live around here, you know how these lanes can be, a bit narrow and always full of people moving around. We’ve been operating out of this small space for quite a while now. Most of our work involves mobile recharges, selling SIM cards, and helping people out when their phones start acting up. It’s not a very big shop, just enough room for a counter and some display racks for the various accessories we keep in stock. Gali No 12 is a busy little street, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask about a data plan or to pick up a new pair of earphones because they lost their old ones. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the front so people know who we are. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three or four people come in at once, but we just handle them one by one. It’s a local business, run by local people who understand what everyone in the neighborhood needs. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the way people use their phones since we first opened, but the basics stay the same. People just want their devices to work and their recharges to go through without any trouble. We’re just here in the lane, doing our bit every day.
