Cybernetic Management Solutions is based in Vasant Kunj at 7029, B-10. This part of New Delhi is a bit different from the more crowded markets, but it still has its own noise. Our office is more like a lived-in space than a glass building. We have computers set up on various tables and wires running along the floor in some places. It’s a management place, so there’s always someone checking a list or looking at a schedule. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who have been doing this for a few years. Vasant Kunj 110070 is a nice enough area but the parking is always a mess. We usually spend the first hour of the day just getting the computers started and checking if the tea guy is coming. There is a window that looks out onto the street and sometimes we just watch the cars go by when things are slow. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules that don't make sense. If something needs doing, we just talk about it and do it. The walls have some old calendars on them and the chairs squeak a bit when you move. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay on top of the management tasks. We like the fact that it feels more like a home than a sterile office. It’s our little spot in New Delhi.
