Customer Support Repersentative

We are based at D-223 in the Abul Fazl Enclave, which is over in Jamia Nagar Okhla. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a room where we handle customer support tasks all day long. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. You can hear the sounds of the local market and the traffic from here, especially in the late afternoon when everyone is heading home. Being a customer support representative means we spend most of our time on the phones or typing away on keyboards. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of equipment for such a small space. The lighting is okay, but it gets a bit dark in the corners when the sun goes down. We don't have a big sign or any glossy posters. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding area, so we all know the best places to grab a quick snack during the break. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for it to come back, which is a bit of a pain. We just try to get through the list of calls every day. It’s a normal place with normal people just trying to earn a living in Okhla. We don’t pretend to be more than that.
