Customer Service

Our office is tucked away in Amrit Nagar, specifically at House Number A/59. It’s part of South Ex Part 1, so it’s a pretty central location in New Delhi. The area is usually quite crowded, but our little street is a bit quieter than the main road. We handle customer service here, which basically means we spend most of the day on the phones or typing out emails to people who have questions. It’s a lot of talking and trying to figure out problems. The office is inside a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make coffee. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we don't have to commute too far. The pin code here is 110029. We don't really have customers coming into this physical location, as everything is done remotely. It’s just a bunch of desks and computers. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner table. It's a steady environment and we’ve been here long enough that we know all the local food stalls. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and we just focus on getting through the call queue. There isn't much to it besides that. We just come in and do our shifts without much fuss or drama. Sometimes we order in food when we are too busy to go out.
