Customer Service Representative

This is where we handle things for the customer service representative side of the business. We are located at Flat No. 453 in the Gh-5 & 7 blocks of Meera Bagh. It’s a residential part of Paschim Vihar in New Delhi, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us working out of this flat to answer questions and help people out. It’s not a fancy call center with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s just a regular room with some phones and computers where we take our calls. We’ve been here in the 110087 zip code for a good while. The space is a bit lived-in, with stacks of papers and coffee mugs everywhere, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't follow a strict corporate script or anything like that. When you talk to us, you’re just talking to a regular person who is trying to find an answer for you. Sometimes we have to look things up or call someone else to get the right information, but we always try to get back to folks. It’s a straightforward job and we do it from this apartment every day. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy to get to and there are good shops nearby for lunch. It’s just our little workplace in Meera Bagh where we keep things moving.
