Customer Service Agent

We are based in Kasargod, specifically in the Vidhyanager area. Our work is handled from Kattachira House, which is in Kerala. It is a very different vibe here than in the big northern cities. Things move a bit slower, and there is a lot of green around us. Being a customer service agent from this location means we spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer, but we are looking out at a much nicer view than a brick wall. The house is a regular home, nothing fancy about it. We have a small area set up as an office with a desk and a good chair because we sit for long hours. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and we have to close all the windows so we can hear the people on the line. It is a quiet way to earn a living. We don't have a big staff, it is just a small, local effort. We deal with all sorts of people from all over the country. It is interesting to hear different voices every day while we are sitting here in Kerala. We just try to answer the questions we get and help out where we can. There are no corporate scripts here, just us talking to people and trying to fix their problems. It is honest work and we like the peace of this area.
