Customer Relationship Executive

Our office is located at 71/108 on the 3rd floor in Prem Nagar, Janakpuri. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but we’ve been here for a while. We work as a Customer Relationship Executive team, which means our day is basically one long conversation with people. We handle questions, complaints, and general inquiries for the people who use our services. It can be quite a handful, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. The office is pretty basic—just desks, chairs, and phones. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s a practical space for practical work. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Janakpuri is no different. We try to stay calm when callers are frustrated with something. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we don't have all the answers right away. We just do our best to follow up and make things right. Most of us have been working together in this small space for a long time, so we get along well. We aren't some big call center; it’s a small local team handling things person to person.
