Customer Executive

We are over here in Zafrabad, not too far from the New Seelampur area. It is a small setup at 113/6 where we handle different customer needs throughout the day. People come by or call when they have questions about their accounts or some service they are using. The streets around here stay quite busy, especially in the afternoons. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is just a few of us working at desks, trying to get through the paperwork and the phone calls that come in. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things done eventually. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. Just a plain room with what we need to work. We know the neighbors and the shops around the corner. If you are looking for the place, it is easy to find if you know the landmark. We usually start our day early and stay until the work is finished. There is always something to update or a person waiting for an answer. We do not have a big team, so everyone knows how to do everything. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast. Most of the time, we are just focused on the screen or talking to someone on the line. It is basic work, but it is what we do here in this part of Delhi.
