If you are looking for us, we are located at 812 Andrews Ganj in New Delhi. This place is basically the hub for our Customer Care operations. It is exactly what you would expect from a busy office—lots of phones ringing, people talking all at once, and the sound of headsets being put on and off. We are tucked into the 49 area of the city, and the neighborhood is usually humming with activity. Our day-to-day life is mostly about listening to people. Some folks call in because they are frustrated, and others just need a bit of help figuring something out. We sit at our desks for hours, staring at screens and trying to find the right information to give them. It can be a bit draining, to be honest, but it feels good when you finally fix a problem for someone. The office is a bit cluttered with notes and coffee mugs, and there is always someone looking for a pen that actually works. We don't have a big corporate lobby with marble floors; it’s just a practical workspace where we can focus on the calls. We have been here in Andrews Ganj for a while, and the local tea stall around the corner is basically what keeps us going through the afternoon slumps. It’s not a complicated life, just a lot of talking and typing and trying to be as helpful as we can.
