Customer Care Executive

We are located over at A 22 Gali No 1 in Ekta Enclave. It is in the Burari part of Delhi, postcode 110084. Most of the folks around here know us as Customer Care Executive. We spend our days dealing with various questions and problems that people have. Gali No 1 is usually pretty busy with bikes and people walking past the office door. It is a typical spot in Burari. The office isn't hard to find if you know the Enclave well enough. We started out in this small space and just kept going. It is a small team working here, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the center of the city. We actually like it this way. Sometimes when it rains, the street gets a bit messy, but that is just part of life in this area. We have our desks set up at A 22 and we just get on with the work. People often stop by just to ask for directions because we are right there on the corner of the lane. Burari is a growing place and we have seen it change quite a bit over the years. We stay busy with the phone calls and the paperwork. It is just a normal job for us. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. Just the workspace where we handle the customer care stuff.
