Customer Care Executive

Our work happens at House No 150 in Sector 7, Rkl Puram. It is a quiet enough area for the most part, which helps since we are doing the work of a Customer Care Executive. Working out of a house is a bit different than being in a big glass building, but it suits what we do just fine. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls and checking messages. We do not have any big corporate banners out front. It is just the house on the street where the work gets handled. The address is pretty straightforward once you get into Sector 7. Sometimes the neighbors wonder why we are so busy on our computers all day. We just focus on answering questions and helping whoever reaches out. It can get a bit tiring being on the phone for hours, but that is the job. We keep a simple setup here. There is not much to say about us other than we show up every day and do the tasks that come our way. Rkl Puram is a nice spot to be located. We have our desks set up in the main room and we just get on with it. It is not a complicated setup, but it works for us. We try to keep things organized even if it feels a bit crowded sometimes with all the files and paperwork laying around.
