Customer Care Executive

Our place is located at 328 A in Madanpur Khadar, right near the MCD Hospital in Chauhan Maholla. It is a tight-knit spot in Delhi where we handle various customer service duties. We aren't a big, cold corporation. It is mostly just us in the office making sure people get the answers they need. The neighborhood is always bustling, especially with the hospital so close by. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we know the neighbors well. Working as customer care executives means we spend a lot of time talking and solving small problems. It can be a bit tiring some days, but that is just the nature of the work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, take the calls, and try to be helpful. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but we manage. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Delhi for years. We like being part of this community. If you walk past Chauhan Maholla, you’ll probably see us heading in or out. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a straightforward life and we like it that way. We're just locals doing a local job.
