Customer Care Executive

We work out of House No.251/A on the 1st Floor, care of Mange Ram Tokas. It’s a very recognizable spot in Munirka because we are right near the Slice of Italy. New Delhi can be a bit overwhelming, but this little corner feels manageable. Customer Care Executive is the title we go by here. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see the street but we’re away from the worst of the dust. Munirka is always buzzing with students and people looking for a place to eat. The office is a bit of a tight squeeze, especially with all the equipment we need to do our jobs. We’ve got our headsets and our screens, and that’s about it. There isn't much room for anything else. We don’t have a fancy lounge or a coffee machine that does ten different types of drinks. We just have a thermos and some glass jars for snacks. It’s an honest place to work. You can hear the sounds of the traffic and the smell of the food from downstairs. We spend our shift talking to people and trying to help them out with their questions. It’s not a glamorous job, but we take it seriously and try to keep things moving. Mange Ram Tokas’s building has been a good home for our team. We just focus on our calls and try to keep everything sorted out.
