Customer Care Executive

The office for the Customer Care Executive is over at T-211. We are located near the Lal Mandir in Baljeet Nagar, New Delhi-110008. Being near the temple is a good landmark because people always know where that is. Baljeet Nagar is a tight-knit area, very busy and full of life. Our office is a small space where we handle all the incoming calls and messages. It can get pretty loud with everyone talking at once, but we’re used to it. We don't have fancy noise-canceling headsets or anything, just standard gear. There are a few fans going all day to keep it cool, and they make a bit of a hum. We don’t have a big breakroom, so we usually just eat at our desks or go outside for a bit of air. The stairs up to T-211 are a bit steep. We’ve been in this location for a while and the landlord is a nice guy who lives nearby. We don't have a website with fancy photos or anything. We just provide a service from this little room. It's a lot of talking on the phone and typing on old keyboards. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of Delhi. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up and do the work.
