Customer Care Executive

Our office for Customer Care Executive is located at B-1/68 Malka Ganj, which is right across from Hansraj College in Delhi. Being so close to the college means there are always students walking past and a lot of energy in the air. We are in a small building that has seen better days, but it serves our purpose well enough. We spend the whole day answering calls and dealing with whatever questions or complaints come through. It is a lot of sitting and talking, which can be tiring in its own way. The room is usually filled with the sound of several people talking at once on their headsets. We have a small break area where we keep a kettle for making tea during the afternoons. It gets quite crowded during peak hours when everyone is busy. We aren't some massive call center with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the work. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor is a little worn down from all the foot traffic. We don't really do anything special besides our jobs. It’s just about being here and making sure the phones are covered. Sometimes the computers act up, and we have to wait for someone to come fix them, which gives us a little breather. We just do our best to stay on top of things while the street noise carries on outside.
