Customer Care Executive

Our place is called Almaaz and it’s right near the railway station in Chikbanavar. Being near the station means it is always noisy with trains and people rushing around. It’s at number 19 in the extension area. Bangalore is getting so crowded these days, so finding a spot like this was lucky for us. We spend the whole day answering questions and trying to help people out with their problems. It is a lot of talking. Sometimes people are frustrated when they call, and we just have to listen. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and plenty of coffee. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, which helps when the office gets stuffy. We aren't some big fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. You just walk in and we are there working. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is so much to do. We take turns going out for lunch at the small places down the street. It is a basic setup. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look better than we are. We are just here doing customer care work every day. It gets busy, it gets loud, but we are used to it by now. Just a local team near the tracks trying to handle the load.
