Customer Care Executive

We are based out of House No-8 in Arjun Nagar. It's inside Shanti Niwas in the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. Mostly, it's just us here working as customer care executives. It gets busy during the day with the phones ringing and emails coming in. The neighborhood is usually pretty quiet which helps us concentrate on the people calling for help. We've been at this spot for a while now. Dealing with different questions every day keeps things interesting. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a bit much, but inside it's just about getting the job done. We don't have a big fancy office building or anything like that. It is a simple setup in a residential part of the city. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks making sure everyone who reaches out gets some kind of answer. It's not always easy but it is what we do. The address is easy to find if you know where Shanti Niwas is. We like being in this part of Delhi because everything is close by. If we need a snack or a tea break, there are shops just around the corner in Arjun Nagar. We just try to keep up with the workload. Every day is different. Some callers are happy and some are frustrated, but that's just how the job goes when you are in customer care. We stay focused on the tasks in front of us at House No-8. It's a small team and we know each other well.
