Customer Care Executive

We are located at Rz-144 in Raghu Nagar. If you know where Janak Cinema is, we are right near there. It is a well-known landmark in this part of the city. Being a Customer Care Executive team here means we spend a lot of time on the phones and at our desks. The office at Rz-144 is where everything happens. It is not a flashy place, just a workspace where we get things sorted. Raghu Nagar can be a bit crowded, but we like being near the cinema because it makes it easy to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. Our day usually starts early and ends when the work is finished. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the walls. We just answer questions and help people out as best as we can. It is a very normal job in a very normal part of Delhi. Sometimes the street gets noisy outside, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We don't use fancy titles or big corporate words when we talk. We are just people working in Raghu Nagar. If you pass by Janak Cinema, you are basically right at our doorstep. It is a simple life and simple work for us.
