Customer Care Executive

You can find us on the 3rd floor at 1713 Hrishi Nagar. We’re right on Gurudwara Road in the Kotla Mubarakpur area. It’s a very busy and noisy part of New Delhi, 110003. This is where the customer care executives sit and work. It’s a lot of headsets, tangled wires, and glowing computer screens. The room is always filled with the constant sound of people talking. We answer questions and help out with problems all day long. Some callers are happy and some are definitely not, but that’s just how the job goes. The building itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit steep and narrow when you’re in a hurry to get to your desk. We have a small break area where we sit for ten minutes to clear our heads before the next round of calls. Outside on Gurudwara Road, there is always something going on. The traffic is loud and there’s usually a lot of dust in the air. We don't have those fancy ergonomic office chairs, just the basic ones that were here when we first started. We handle a lot of different issues every single shift. It’s a lot of typing and checking small details in the system. Sometimes the internet slows down and we have to apologize to the people on the other end. It’s just a basic office setup for us. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just helping people one by one. It’s what we do.
