Customer Care Excutive

We operate out of House Number 150 in Ward 15 over in Palwal. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood in Faridabad, which is nice when you are trying to focus on work. Being a Customer Care Excutive team means we spend a lot of time on the phones or replying to messages. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls; it is more of a local setup. We have lived in Haryana most of our lives, so setting up here felt right. The house is old but it works for what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the ward. We do not have fancy uniforms or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order something from the shop down the road or bring lunch from home. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once. We have got a couple of desks shoved into the main room and some chairs that have seen better days. It is a simple operation. We just try to answer the questions that come in and help people out as best as we can. There is not much to say about us other than we are a small group working hard in a residential street. We know the neighbors and they know us. It is just how things are around here in Palwal. No big secrets or complicated stories, just a bunch of us doing our daily shift.
