Custome Care Executive

We are located at 1/11168-B in Subash Park, which is part of Naveen Shahdara in Delhi. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a quiet enough street most of the time. The office is basically just a room with some desks and computers set up for the phone work. It’s not a fancy call center like you see in the movies. It’s just a few of us with our headsets on, talking to people and trying to sort out whatever issues they have. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are kind of narrow. We have a small window that doesn't let in much light, so we have the overhead tubes on all day. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door propped open a little. Shahdara is a busy part of town, and we’ve been at this address for a while. We don't have a big sign outside, just the house number. Most people who work here live nearby, so we just walk or take a cycle. We don't use any complicated systems, just basic computers and some notebooks to keep track of things. It is a very plain setup. No one here is wearing a suit. We just come in, do the hours, and head home. It’s a simple life at the office.
