Custmer Care Excutive

We work out of 15/901 Eastend Appartments in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. It is a large residential complex in New Delhi-96. This is where we handle things for Custmer Care Excutive. Since we are in an apartment, it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office. It feels like a home. We have a few rooms set up with desks and phones. It can get a bit cramped when all of us are working at the same time. The sounds of the apartment complex are always in the background. You can hear people talking in the hallways or cars in the parking lot. We have been here for a good amount of time. The office is functional but not very fancy. We have some old chairs that we probably should have replaced years ago. We don't have a big sign on the door, just the flat number. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the computer. We take breaks in the small balcony to get some fresh air and see the trees. The New Delhi-96 area is quite convenient for us. We know the local shops where we get our stationery and snacks. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a small group of people doing our best to help customers from our little spot in Mayur Vihar. It is a simple life and we like it.
