Custmer Care Cordinator

My name is the Customer Care Coordinator and I operate out of H/N326 in Masjid Moth, which is in the South Ex-2 area of New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. My office is basically just a room with a phone and a computer where I spend the whole day talking to people. I handle all kinds of questions and complaints that come in, and it can get pretty loud when the phones are ringing non-stop. The building is an old one, and you can hear the sounds from the street all day long, especially since the masjid is right there. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters or anything like that; it’s just a practical space where I can focus on helping folks out. I have my files organized in some old cabinets, and there’s always a stack of papers on my desk that I need to get through. Sometimes I take a short walk around South Ex just to get some air when the calls are particularly tough. It’s a one-person kind of operation for the most part, so things stay pretty simple and honest around here. I don’t use any scripts or fancy software, just my phone and some notes I keep. It’s a lot of work but it keeps me busy and I like being in such a lively part of the city. I just do my best with what I have.
