We are based over in Mahipalpur, specifically in the Apporna Extension near Aps Colony and Subrato Park. Being so close to the airport in Delhi means we see a lot of travelers and hear planes overhead all day long. This office is where we sit and plan out trips for people who want to see different parts of the country. It is often a bit cluttered with brochures and maps, and the tea kettle is almost always on. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small group of us who enjoy talking about travel. Sometimes the phones ring all at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through it. The street outside can be quite narrow and parked cars make it hard to move around, but we like being in this neighborhood. We spend our days looking at flights and hotels and trying to piece together schedules that make sense. It is a lot of computer work and double-checking details. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what we know. Most of our day is spent making sure the bookings are correct so nobody gets stuck somewhere they don't want to be. It is a steady job and we have been at this address for a good while now, just working through the piles of papers and helping folks get where they need to go.
