We are Culture Holidays India Pvt Ltd, located at A 417 in the Minto Road Complex. This part of New Delhi, near 110002, is pretty central. Our office is tucked away in the complex, and it’s where we spend most of our hours. We work on travel arrangements and holiday plans for people. It’s a lot of emails and coordination with different folks. We aren't a giant corporation with glass walls. It's more of a lived-in space with maps and files everywhere. We’ve been doing this for some time now. The Minto Road area is quite historic, and you can feel that when you walk around. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and we get a bit behind on our tea. We take turns getting through the pile of bookings. It's a real person at the other end of the line when you call us. We try to be helpful without sounding like a brochure. It's about being practical and getting the details right. Delhi is a busy place to run a travel business, but we manage it one day at a time. The computers are old but they work fine. We just keep the records straight and make sure everyone has their tickets. It’s a busy life.
