C.S.A is located in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, right in Pocket 2 at 325-B. If you know Mayur Vihar, you know it is a place where everything is packed together but it still feels like a neighborhood. Our office is part of that. It is a small space where we manage our operations. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch to get some sun. We don't have any grand entrance or fancy lobby. You just walk in and see us at our desks. There are always papers stacked up and the sound of a printer going in the background. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the way the pocket feels. The neighbors are mostly families, so it is a pretty grounded place to be. We handle our work one day at a time without any big corporate strategies. It is mostly just about staying organized and making sure we answer the emails and calls that come in. The furniture is functional and nothing more. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It is just work. Sometimes we step out to the local market for a break or to grab some lunch. It is a very ordinary life here in East Delhi. We like the simplicity of it. There are no big meetings with slides, just us talking across the room to get things sorted out.
