Csa With Jet Airways

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of building Nil-35/A in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a pretty standard spot in a very busy part of the city. We work as customer service associates, mostly handling things for Jet Airways. It’s the kind of place where phones are ringing all day and there’s always someone typing away at a keyboard. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or a polished lobby. You just come up the stairs and see us at our desks. The space is a little small for all of us, but we make it work. Malviya Nagar is a great area because you can find almost anything you need just by walking down the street. We often go out for tea or a quick bite at the local stalls when we get a break. The work can be tough because people calling us are often in a hurry or having issues with their travel. We just try to listen and see what we can do to help them out. We aren't high-level executives; we are just regular people working a job. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers and files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve been in this building for a while and we’ve become a bit like a small family here. It’s a plain, hardworking environment and we just focus on getting through the day's tasks.
