We are located at 316, Prakash Mohalla, right in the East Of Kailash area of New Delhi. It’s a busy part of town and our office is right in the thick of it. Most of us here work as customer service associates, so our day is basically just one call after another. It can get pretty repetitive, but we have a good group of people here which makes the time go by faster. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a lot of cubicles and wires everywhere. We usually spend our breaks walking down the street to grab some street food or a quick tea from the stall nearby. East Of Kailash has a lot of energy, and you can feel that even when you’re stuck inside. We deal with all sorts of people on the phones, some nice and some not so much. We don't have any big corporate slogans posted on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, do our shift, and try to help people with their problems as best as we can. The building is a bit cramped when everyone is on the floor at the same time, but we make it work. It’s a practical job in a practical part of the city. We’ve been at this address for a while and most of us know the shortcuts to avoid the main road traffic. It’s just life here at Csa In Intelenet Global Service.
