I’m based out of house number 70 in Village Bharthal, which is over in Sector 26 of Dwarka. It’s a bit of a trek from the main airport sometimes, but it’s home for the work I do. Being involved with British Airways as a CSA means there’s always a lot to keep track of. My day usually involves a lot of coordination and checking on flight details or passenger needs. It’s not a corporate office building; it’s more of a personal workspace in the village area. Dwarka has grown so much lately, and being near the sector 26 side keeps things interesting. I spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Sometimes the power goes out and I have to wait for the generator, but that's just part of living and working here. I’ve been doing this for a while, so I know the routines of the airline industry pretty well. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure things run smoothly for travelers. My desk is usually covered in notes and schedules. I like the fact that I’m not stuck in a windowless cubicle in some giant building. I can see the neighborhood life going on outside while I work. People around here know me as the one who works for the airline. It’s a steady job that requires a lot of patience and paying attention to small details every single day.
