You’ll find us at A-38 in Ayurvigyan Nagar, right here in Delhi. It’s a bit of a quiet residential area, which makes for a nice place to work compared to the chaotic markets. We’ve been running Crystal Travel from this spot for a while now. It’s not a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, surrounded by maps and travel brochures that have been there for years. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question about a train or a flight. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big marketing budgets. We just tell people what we know and try to help them get where they’re going without too much trouble. The office is small, and we’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a bit when they're on high. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking things on the computer. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be the biggest travel company in the world. We just want to be the place in Ayurvigyan Nagar where people feel okay coming in to talk. We know our regulars and their families, and that’s the part of the job we actually enjoy. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, helping people figure out their trips while we sit in our little corner of Delhi.
