Crystal Telecom

Crystal Telecom is located at 111-C in Janakpuri. It’s a small shop in a busy block. I’ve been running this place for a few years now. We deal with anything related to phones—selling them, fixing them, and getting people set up with their plans. Janakpuri is a big area, but our little corner at 111-C is where I spend my days. The shop has a glass counter where I keep the latest models and some older ones too. I have a small stool behind the counter and a workbench in the back for the repairs. It’s not a very big space, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels full. I try to keep things organized, but when I’m busy, the boxes start to pile up. I talk to a lot of people every day. Some are just looking for a new cover for their phone, while others have serious problems with their devices. I don't use any fancy sales talk. I just tell them what I can do and how much it will cost. The neighborhood is nice, and I know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We look out for each other. Running Crystal Telecom isn't about getting rich; it's just a way to provide a service and make a living. I keep the shop open late most nights because that's when people have time to stop by after work.
