This is where we handle things, right here in Village Bakulia. It’s out in the Nainital district, near Motahaldu. The address is actually under Heera Singh Bisht’s name, who is the son of Shri Narayan Singh. It’s a quiet place, very different from the noise of a city like Delhi. We don’t have a big hotel building here in the village. This is more like a local point of contact or a personal base for business matters. Life in Uttarakhand moves at a different speed. We wake up, handle the correspondence, and deal with whatever tasks come our way for the Crowne Plaza name. It might seem strange to have a Delhi business name associated with a village in the hills, but that’s how we have it set up. We spend our days managing whatever needs doing from this side. There are more trees than people out here. It’s a simple house, not a luxury suite. We keep track of records and make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we have to travel down to the city, but mostly we stay here. People in the village know us and where the house is. We don't have big signs or anything.
