Crown Plaza

We are situated at C-25 on Minto Road, which is right near Connaught Place in New Delhi. Being so close to CP means there is always a crowd and plenty of traffic nearby. Our building is easy to find if you know the area, though the road can get quite crowded during the rush hours. Crown Plaza here is where we manage our daily tasks and talk to guests. It’s an older part of the city with a lot of character and some very busy streets. We have people coming in from all over since we are in such a central location. The office isn't overly decorated, just a functional space where we handle bookings and paperwork. You can hear the horns honking outside almost all the time, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small staff and we all know each other’s coffee orders. It’s a fast-paced environment because something is always happening in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time on our feet or sitting at the front desk. It’s a practical place to work, and being near the heart of the city makes it convenient for everyone. We just try to keep things organized and help out whoever walks through the door. It is a bit worn around the edges, but that is just because we are always busy serving the folks who find their way to Minto Road.
