Crown Plaza

We are located at H No. 304 in Sector 8 of Indira Nagar. This is over in Lucknow, U.P. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not as loud as the city center. Crown Plaza is the name we use. The house is a two-story building that looks like most of the other houses on the street. We’ve been using this space for a while to run our operations. It’s got a small gate in the front and some plants that we try to keep alive during the summer heat. Inside, it’s just a normal setup with a few rooms and a main area where we meet. Lucknow can get very hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and the coolers are working right. We don't have a big lobby or a doorman. You just come to the door and knock. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down in the evenings. It’s a simple way to run a business. We handle our bookings and paperwork from the back room. Sometimes we have to go out to the main market in Indira Nagar to get supplies, but mostly we stay here. It feels more like a home than an office, which makes the long days a bit easier to handle for everyone. We’ve been here for years and the street feels very familiar to us now. We also have a small kitchen where we make tea for anyone who stops by. It’s just how things are done here in this part of Lucknow.
