Crossroads

Crossroads is located at House Number 1281 in R.K. Puram, New Delhi 22. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it doesn't always feel like you're going to a typical office in the morning. The house itself has its quirks, like a light switch in the hallway that you have to flick twice to get it to work. We’ve been operating out of here for a while. R.K. Puram is a big place, and finding H.No. 1281 can be tricky for some people the first time they visit. We usually just tell them to look for the big tree near the corner. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of paper. It isn’t some high-rise office with glass walls or a shiny lobby. It’s just a sturdy old building where we handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and everything slows down for a bit outside. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things run. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day, which is nice when we have a lot of work to get through. We don't spend much on decorating or anything like that. We just make sure the computers are running and the files are organized. It’s a straightforward setup. We like being in this part of South Delhi. It has a certain rhythm to it that feels right for a place like Crossroads.
