You can find us at House Number 25A in Haiderpur Village. It’s right near the Yadav Choopal, which is a landmark most people in the area know. Haiderpur still feels a bit like a village even though Delhi has grown up all around it. We like it here because it’s a bit more grounded than the high-rise areas. Our space is just a regular building where we manage all the logistics stuff. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the trucks and the movement, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just talk to people plainly and try to get their stuff from one place to another without a lot of trouble. The office is often full of the smell of tea and the sound of people talking over each other. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we’ve got a rhythm that works. The staff knows everyone around the choopal, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. We aren't some big global firm with thousands of rules. We just do the work as it comes and try to be fair with everyone. It’s a simple operation run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don’t need much more than that to keep things moving along properly every single day.
