Our office is at L1/5A in Mohan Garden, which is in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi, 110059. Mohan Garden is a very packed neighborhood with narrow streets and tiny shops on every corner. Our building is a simple one, tucked into one of these busy lanes. It is not a tall corporate tower or anything like that. We have a small sign on the door, but it is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely. Inside, it is a bit of a tight fit with all our desks and computers, but we manage just fine. The noise from the street, like the cycle rickshaws and the street vendors, is always there. It is a very lively place to work. We spend our days here at our screens or talking on the phone. We don't have a fancy breakroom, so we usually just go out to the tea stall around the corner when we need a breather. Most of the people here commute from other parts of West Delhi. We’ve been in Mohan Garden for several years now and we know the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a bit, but we are used to it. We don't try to act like a giant global corporation. We are just a small team in an office in Uttam Nagar, doing our work every day without a lot of fuss.
