You can find us over at G-90 in Nanak Pura, which is part of the Moti Bagh area in New Delhi. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood setup. Our office is just a small place where we handle travel bookings and talk to people about where they want to go. The phones are usually ringing quite a bit, especially during the times when everyone wants to go on holiday. We have a few desks squeezed in and there are maps and papers all over the place. It’s not the most organized looking office, but we know where everything is. Nanak Pura is a busy little pocket of the city, and parking is almost always a nightmare, so most of us just take the bus or walk if we can. We’ve been doing this for a long time now, so we know the ins and outs of the travel business without needing a big manual to tell us what to do. We don't really have a big fancy lobby for people to sit in. Usually, customers just pull up a chair by one of the desks and we chat about their plans. It’s a lot of talking and checking schedules on the computer. We just try to get the dates right and make sure everything is sorted out. It’s a regular job in a regular part of Delhi, and we just keep at it day after day. Most people who come to us are looking for a simple trip without any hassle.
