You can find us over in West Sagarpur at Rz / H - 22 B. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of New Delhi, but we’ve been here for a bit. Creative Travel Pvt. Ltd is basically us helping people figure out where they want to go and how to get there. It’s not always easy because flights and hotels change their minds every five minutes. Our office has maps and brochures all over the place, though mostly we use the computer now. We talk to people about their holidays or work trips. Sometimes things go wrong with a booking, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. That’s just part of the deal. We aren't some massive call center; we are just a small team in Sagarpur. The street outside can get pretty crowded with people and scooters. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up during the slow afternoons. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. We know the neighborhood well and see the same faces every day. It’s a practical business. We try to keep our notes organized so we don't forget any details for the travelers. It’s mostly about making sure the dates and names match up on the tickets. We try our best to keep everyone’s schedules from getting messed up too badly.
