CREATIVE TELECOM Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I at number 162. Even though the name says Pvt Ltd, we are a small team working out of this space. We mostly deal with telecom equipment and parts. The industrial area is always busy with trucks and people moving boxes, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s not a retail shop where you can just walk in to buy a phone. We mostly talk to other businesses and handle orders over the phone or email. The office is a bit cluttered with wires and boxes of hardware. We’ve been here for several years now. Some days are very quiet and we just sit and do paperwork, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same time. It’s a lot of technical stuff that we handle. I’ve worked in Okhla for a long time, so I know the shortcuts to get around the traffic. We don't have a receptionist or fancy furniture. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to get through the day. Sometimes we have to go out to site locations to check on installations. It’s hard work and the building gets quite hot in the summer. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure the parts we send out are the right ones. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get things done without making a big deal out of it.
