Craetel Bpo Services

Craetel Bpo Services is located at E-112, Nayabans, over in Sector-15. We've been in this building for a while now. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular office space where we handle back-office work. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking on headsets. We have a small kitchen area where we drink too much coffee. Sector-15 is a busy area, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around for it to come back, which is annoying but that's life. We handle data entry and some customer support stuff for different clients. It’s a mix of younger kids and some older staff who have been here since the start. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are papers everywhere. If you come by, you might hear us arguing about where to order lunch from. It's a pretty normal workplace. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with meetings about meetings. We just get the lists done and go home. That’s pretty much the story of our little spot in Nayabans. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid for everyone here.
