Our setup is located over at Shubhanchal Hostel in the I.N.A. area of New Delhi. It might seem like a bit of an unusual spot for an office, but it works for us. Being near the INA market means there is always a lot of activity and good food nearby. We handle a lot of the travel-related paperwork and bookings from this small space. It is usually pretty cramped with files and papers, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. We are not a big, shiny office in a skyscraper. We are just a group of people working together in a practical environment. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at keyboards. Sometimes the neighbor's radio is a bit loud, but we have gotten used to it. We have been here long enough that we know the regular faces around the building. It is a very grounded way to work. We do not have fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the guy around the corner. We focus on getting the details right for the travelers we assist. It is about putting in the hours and making sure the job is done by the time we lock up. It is a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we just get on with things without any fuss.
